General Conditions of Online Purchase
Purchasing process
The purchase process is carried out by completing 4 steps:
Step 1
, Selection of the date of the visit. The availability of dates and times are those scheduled by the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda.

, In this section the buyer enters some basic personal information and the email where the tickets will be received.

, Making the payment through the bank gateway provided by Banco Sabadell. You must enter the number of your credit card and its expiration date and the CVV2 code (located on the back of the card).
When you have finished the purchase process, it will appear A confirmation message appears on the screen. It is recommended that you write down the pager number and print the confirmation before closing the window.
How to Get the Tickets?
If your purchase has been made correctly, you will receive a confirmation email including the corresponding ticket(s). File in PDF format, containing a valid barcode to be used in the access control elements of the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda. It may be that this email does not reach your "Inbox" as some internet services could detect it as spam. We recommend that you always look at the "Spam" section. Return Policy

The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution, in accordance with current regulations on consumption and retail trade management. Prices and Payment Method
All prices are in Euros and include VAT.
The method of payment is by online credit or debit card. Electronic payment is made through the bank gateway owned by Banco Sabadell, where you will be asked for your card number and expiration date. The use of a payment gateway from a bank, such as Banco Sabadell, guarantees absolute security.
